The stories by the left mainstream media surrounding the sacking of the Governor of Hama have those undertones of hope that Assad may, at last, be reforming. Indirectly, they tried to tie the sacking to the endless killing thus insinuating that the scenario is not acceptable to Assad.

Not to bash anyone’s hope but the real reason he was sacked is because the Governor did not kill anyone on Friday.
